Rachel Tran Recruitment Manager

  • NS Consultancy Global (NSCG) is the public-facing advisory arm of Abounacci Capital, providing high-stakes geopolitical risk analysis and strategic intelligence to private equity firms, institutional investors, and global enterprises.

    We are looking for senior Geopolitical Advisors who can turn complex geopolitical developments into concise, actionable intelligence that directly informs Abounacci Capital’s investment strategy. This is a remote, project-based role with opportunities for ongoing retainer work for high performers.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Analyze geopolitical, political, security, and macroeconomic developments across relevant regions

    • Assess implications for investment risk, capital allocation, supply chains, and strategic positioning

    • Draft executive-quality policy briefs and internal advisory notes for firm leadership and investment committees.

    • Synthesize ambiguous or fragmented information into clear, actionable insights

    • Develop scenario-based forecast models and early-warning indicators for trade policy shifts, sanctions, and regional security dynamics.

    • Monitor priority regions (EMEA, North America, LATAM) and issue rapid risk-escalation alerts and opportunity briefs.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Master’s degree or PhD in International Relations, Political Science, Economics, Security Studies, or related disciplines

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in government, think tanks, risk advisory, intelligence, security firms, financial institutions, private equity, or strategic consulting

    • Strong analytical judgment and professional writing skills

    • Proven discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive or confidential information

    Our firm is seeking a results-oriented Maritime Supply Chain Security Consultant to join our advisory team on a project-driven basis. In this role, you will provide critical strategic intelligence to a sophisticated global clientele within the bulk commodity trading sector.

    Key Responsibilities:‍ ‍‍ ‍

    • Source, synthesize, and analyze intelligence from open (OSINT) and other channels to provide a holistic view of maritime risks.

    • Monitor and report on maritime geopolitical rivalries and the evolving regulatory frameworks of dominant maritime nations.

    • Evaluate maritime military capability developments and track the full spectrum of traditional and non-traditional security challenges

    • Translate complex security data into high-level briefings and reports tailored for bulk commodity trading desks and executive stakeholders.

    Requirements & Qualifications:‍ ‍

    • Proven experience in policy research, military strategy analysis, or industrial security management within the maritime domain.

    • A demonstrated ability to connect macro-geopolitical trends with micro-level supply chain disruptions.

    • Exceptional writing skills with the ability to deliver concise intelligence reports.

    Compensation & Engagement Model: ‍ ‍ ‍

    We offer a flexible, performance-aligned compensation structure designed for high-level experts:

    • Project-Based: Remuneration starts at $1,000 per assignment.

    • Retainer Option: For dedicated long-term collaborators, we offer a monthly baseline income of $2,000, plus project-specific bonuses.

    • Flexibility: This is a fully remote, asynchronous role, offering the ability to partner with a leading firm while maintaining personal professional flexibility.
